Artotel Sanur , Sanur (Bali)

The hotel has comfortable rooms with extra comforts like a balcony, great quality breakfast, and a nice spot to meditate in the morning. However, there were some issues with service, as we had to wait to change rooms and faced deposit charges we didn't expect. The location, though not as quiet as some hotels in the area, is fantastic for beach lovers, near great restaurants and shops.

The hotel is situated in a good location, within walking distance to Sanur beach and surrounded by plenty of dining options. The rooms are clean, stylish, and of a nice size, but can be somewhat noisy in the morning. The service is top-notch, with really nice and helpful staff, although at times, there might be loud music playing. The dining experience offers a delicious variety of foods, but be cautious when it comes to billing. Overall, a convenient location with excellent service and pleasant rooms.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable with a large bed, but the weird face painting in the corridor scared my daughter. Additionally, the noise from neighboring balconies can be disrupting. The hotel's location is convenient near the port and within walking distance to the beach and great restaurants.
